"I recently shifted my Gold’s Gym membership to Sector 131, Noida. I got a very good, customized offer from Sachin Chaudhary, the gym manager. While the team couldn’t match the exact offer I had at Indirapuram (which is understandable as each Gold’s Gym has its own plans), I really appreciate the flexibility—especially the customized plan for my wife, since she visits only once a week. The gym is spacious and well laid out across the 2nd and 4th floors. Cardio and weight training are on the 2nd floor, while CrossFit, yoga, and other group activities are on the 4th floor. The equipment is new, the space is open and comfortable, and they also offer an exclusive 7-day free trial for females, which is a great initiative. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the setup—even though I have to travel about 5 km to get there, the facilities make it worth it. 💪"
